Articles (SEO) — Unlike many articles writers, we provide informational content that readers may need and actually use. All of our writing is fresh and original. We do not cut and paste. Our price is $75 for an article of 450 words minimum and up to two rewrites/changes. Search engine optimization (SEO) is an additional $10 per article with a guaranteed keyword/phrase density of 2.5%. The preliminary draft for one page can be delivered within 72 hours or less (weekdays) in Microsoft Word or .pdf format. You are responsible for any article submission and distribution.

Web Site Content (SEO) — Using our marketing expertise and SEO writing skills, Hawke Media works with many web site owners, making their sites viable in the global marketplace. Our fee for writing/rewriting is $75 per web page with up to two rewrites/changes (price is based on a standard length web page — approximately 400 words or less; pages that are longer may require an adjustment in price). We do not write the lengthy, high-pressure pages. We believe they lessen the professional image of the web site owner, who we wish to project as the expert in his/her field.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with a guaranteed 2.5% keyword density incurs an additional $10 per page fee. Keyword research to determine the best keyword/phrase, according to search engine usage, incurs an additional $20 per page (required only if you wish SEO and you do not provide the keyword/phrase). The preliminary draft for one page can be delivered within 72 hours or less (weekdays). Full site content delivery depends upon the number of pages and when the project is awarded.
Press Releases — Our press release writer has over 10 years experience in writing professional media releases, formatted according to Associated Press style requirements (without which your press release very well may not be picked up by the media). Hawke Media's fee for writing one press release from 1 to 3 pages in length) with up to two rewrites/changes is $75. Release is double spaced, 1.25-inch margins. A preliminary draft can be delivered in 48 hours or less (weekdays), depending upon when the project is awarded. We supply all data via Microsoft Word or .pdf format — your choice. You are responsible for the distribution of the press release.
eBooks — We have over 20 years experience writing books and over 4 years translating that skill to electronic media. Clients have up to two reviews with changes. The finished book is 1.5-line spacing, equivalent 1.25-inch margins on an 8.5 x 11-inch page (margins differ slightly with layout). All finished pages above and beyond the ordered count for the ebook are charged at an additional $10 per page, if required by the client. Additional pages added by professional are at no charge. The delivery time is dependent upon the project specifications, the topic, and when the project is awarded.

Professional formatting and layout is part of our ebook writing service, is provided as a bonus, and does not impact our price if not desired. (You are paying only for the writing.) We have some stock photos that may work for the cover; however, you are responsible for supplying the cover graphic (we do not purchase graphics). We attempt to provide appropriate photos for the inside pages, but these are not guaranteed (we may not have topic appropriate photos in our cache of stock photos). Click here to see layout samples.

We provide the finished book in Microsoft Word. Pdf formatting is an additional $25 fee and includes bookmarks and hotlinks for any noted URLs. Additionally, .pdf documents may be password protected and set to disallow printing, content extraction, and copying. Our fees are $425 for research and $5 per page for writing, including auxiliary pages (table of contents, title pages, etc.). For example: $625 for 40 pages; $825 for 80 pages, and $1,025 for 120 pages.
User Manuals, Proposals for Bid, Marketing Copy (ads, bios, forwards, etc.) & Reports — Depends upon the individual project specifications. Please see paragraph below.

The price of many services depends upon the project, though we pride ourselves on pricing below the going market rate for the skill level provided. Email us with your needs and expectations, if the above does not fit your project. We will email you a proposal with pricing for your project — you are under no obligation.
